Your training week will most likely be different. That’s how it was for me. I was hired at full time and my first week I only worked 25 but now I’m regularly above 35. Just give it time. Welcome to the family!! ☺️

During training you'll have fewer hours so that they'll be able to have another person there working with you until you're acclimated. It's also since with longer shifts, you'd be more likely to get caught in the middle of a pop and they don't want to overwhelm you right away.
Once you kinda get a handle on everything and can hold down some positions solo, they'll most likely start giving you more hours. At least that's how we do it at my store.
