Hey! So I’m still relatively new to working at Starbucks. I have a 2nd Sip with our DM scheduled for tomorrow. Sooooo what is a 2nd Sip and how should I prepare for it? Also, do I need to be in uniform dress?

It sounds like your DM just wants to welcome you to the culture, definitely go in uniform. It's probably just a coffee tasting and a conversation about you

Mine was with all the new hires in the district so there were like 15ish people and we did a coffee tasting and talked about Starbucks values as a company and stuff
