I second this request

Seems pretty easy to do! I’m sure OP will respond but I bet you could make this with a slab of 1” plywood with long grooves cut into it at regular intervals using a skillsaw.

I find it crazy starbucks doesn’t give each store something for organization.
My manager just used pieces of cardboard big enough to be dividers cause lawdddd knows we always have cardboard.

That is what we have in our cup cabinet. I would love to have something much more organized.

This makes me want to cry. I keep begging people to AT LEAST mark the lid sleeves in sharpie with a G or a T before they haphazardly throw them in this cabinet so when I’m digging through for grande lids I don’t have to sift through 20 half sleeves of tall lids only to realize there are none down there and I have to go to the back anyway.

SAME ??? my manager told me not to mark them because it “takes too long” but like whenever people don’t mark them i spend soo long looking for what i need and half the time i grab the wrong size lids!!!!!!!!!!!!

We canceled this cabinet after a month of trying it. We don’t have a space big enough to organize well enough.

Organization is key to my sanity at work. Just transferred to a new store as a supervisor, and I’ve spent the first two weeks just organizing and getting rid of unnecessary junk. All my coworkers are like ‘wow this is amazing’ and I just wonder why nobody else would want to do the same. It makes work so much easier when everything has a home.

Right!? The moment I took over as supervisor I started organizing! The former manager(s) were hoarders or something. I got rid of so much stuff.

Way to go, now corporate doesn’t need to spend any time figuring it out. You should submit this to the hub. They take recommendations like this.

WHERE DO I GET

We did this at my store, kept breaking the dividers, and shoving random leftover lids in whichever space they wanted to. Every other morning we have to reorganize it so it's actually useful 🙄

My store has an issue with this too so we had to order sani stands and use cubes to hold our lids or it just turns into a pile of unknown nonsense that I’ll end up throwing away in the morning 👀☠️

if i did this for my super messy and unorganized store no one would appreciate it and it’d be gone the next day u-u
