Best way to become a barista trainer? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve been working with my flagship store for a while now. I think it’s a good time to ask to be promoted to a trainer. What is the best way to be prepared for something like this? Is there anything I need to know before becoming one?

Ask your SM! Literally all you have to do is an online training module that takes a half hour tops
