What are some of the biggest problems you guys have brewing cold brew? I am developing a new cold brew system to replace the Toddy and Brewista and looking for any improvements or suggestions!

Probably the most annoying part of the whole process is the bag ripping. I get it, its a filter, its not supposed to be uber strong, but its just annoying when it rips and then you have to try and salvage it w 7L of water already in it
