Its not that bad really. It’s mostly just those red cups that give people issues. Be prepared to say “sorry. It was while supplies last” at least a million times.

I’m not working until Saturday and I’m still nervous about holiday. It’s also my first holiday.

I close tomorrow and I plan on just answering the phone with "Starbucks we're out of red cups, how can I help you?"

I open as well. This is my third Christmas with Starbucks. Last year there were people lined up at the door at 5am, and waited until we opened at 5:30. All for a stupid cup.

I work peak tomorrow 7-12... my first holiday season too!! Very nervous but we got this!! It is indeed just coffee.

And then she said.
" yeah, we open at 5 am."
"No problem, see you here then".

I helped set up the Christmas decorations, so my manager let me take home a red cup early! I’m not looking forward to my 3-8 shift when all the cups are gone though...

I'll be there at 7am. I'm very excited. This is my second holiday season, but it's my first red cup day. 😵 I'm pretty stoked, and I have a feeling we are all going to rock the day!!! :))

I think it’ll be okay! Just make sure you’re communicating with your shift if you get overwhelmed. I still have to take a sec to breathe!

If you are in a mall prepare for it to slowly get worse and worse but I feel like in a normal store it will be relatively the same

It’s my first holiday season as well, I got hired right before Christmas last year so I just got the tail end. I usually open but I got put on an extra long mid shift tomorrow (literally 9.5 hours including my lunch) so I’m praying for myself tonight.

It’s my first holiday season as well!
And yesterday was Christmas Launch in London. I opened the store! It was pretty busy because of delivery but that’s alright! Nothing new!
