Most important drinks to know / things that get ordered the most? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Ok so sorry if this is a dumb question but tl;dr is -- my store is just opening, our training group was way too big and everyone talks so nobody learns anything. We open really soon and have only practices making literally three drinks.
I went through the recipe cards and have written them all down. Will do my best to memorize all that I can. I was just wondering what gets ordered a lot so I can kinda try to prioritize. So far from people I've talked to I've gotten just your general latte, all the chai shit, iced coffee, cold brew, caramel macchiatos, americanos, and frappuccinos.
Any other drinks you sell a ton of each day? What are the frappuccinos that get ordered the most?

Now that the holidays are coming up the holiday drinks for sure will be super popular. They all call for the same standard pumps and espresso shots as regular flavoured lattes, you just need to remember what they get topped with. Salted caramel mocha/regular mochas
and hot chocolate is also popular this time of year. As for fraps the most popular is usually the vanilla bean, caramel, double chocolatly Chip fraps. Also the pumpkin cream coldbrew has been super popular at my store.
And just really paying attention to your drink stickers for modifications is the number 1 thing. Some tips I can share with you are
- when someone asks for no foam make sure you pour more milk to steam than the size calls for
- always double check if someone wants whip cream on a drink that standardly comes with whip (the amount of times people don’t say no whip and then get upset when you give them a drink with whip is CRAZY)
- when you’re on cafe bar connect and talk to customers. Call out the persons name, tell them your starting their beverage, ask them how their day is going etc. When it gets really busy people tend to be a lot nicer when you communicate and keep smiling.

Starting tomorrow, my store will sell a TOOOOON of peppermint mochas and eggnog lattes. We also do a lot of matcha beverages.
