I have had people ask for an eggnog latte made with breve because they thought we used eggnog syrup.

Its because you mix 2/3 eggnog with 1/3 nonfat to MAKE the eggnog lattes ... They want 2% instead of nonfat.....

So would I do that in the steaming pitcher?? I thought we cut it in a pitcher with nonfat and that was it. My SS wouldn't even let us just steam uncut eggnog for someone who asked.

A pitcher is 4 steaming pitchers fill. So to the grande line with nog and then fill to venti with nonfat in same pitcher at same time

No I get that, I know how to cut the eggnog. It's cutting the eggnog with anything non dairy that confuses me since eggnog IS a dairy product.

Some people do this to get a red cup, if they don't like holiday drinks. I see no problem with it if the base order is still a holiday beverage.
