I would start with ice coffee then begin making tea. While both of those where brewing, I would begin preparing espresso machines/getting sanitizer. After that I go back to ice coffee/tea.
Then I brew coffee about 8-10 or so minutes before open.

Same. We brew four bags of iced coffee to fill the Curtis + 2 pitchers for DT bar. So I start the iced, start the teas, pill the machines, grab sani, pull the teas, pull the iced and start another round, finish the machines, grab carafes to prep, extra sauces, etc and then about 10 minutes before open start Pike and blonde (we have a guy that comes through DT right when we open for blonde) and then do dark after that.

I walk in set the safe. Turn on the oven. Then I start by brewing to ice coffee. As that's going I get my tea going. After that I straight grinding the coffee. After that I start counting the tills and the safe. After that it's usually five mins before open and I brew the coffee that I ground earlier.

But the you drop the tills your filter brakes and the safe gets jammed. All the while you have a brand new barista who don’t know how to make drinks/work drive!
