Same. We brew four bags of iced coffee to fill the Curtis + 2 pitchers for DT bar. So I start the iced, start the teas, pill the machines, grab sani, pull the teas, pull the iced and start another round, finish the machines, grab carafes to prep, extra sauces, etc and then about 10 minutes before open start Pike and blonde (we have a guy that comes through DT right when we open for blonde) and then do dark after that.
