Okay I can get you probably don’t come to Starbucks a lot but don’t get upset at your baristas when you try to order at the handoff area
I had a Karen yell at me today cause I didn’t take her order at handoff I even tried to explain nicely that our person at pos would take her order for her and made a joke that “it happens all the time it’s okay” but I don’t know how to work in customer service apparently

Or they try to shout their order over your espresso machines....Oh no! I’m steaming some egg nog...can’t hear you. Maybe try ordering at the register...? But I don’t know, I just work here.

I just started learning bar, have been exclusively front for months. It's kinda funny how many people keep trying to still give me orders while I'm making drinks then get a confused look when they realize their mistake.
