So I’m working on my leadership training books and they talk abt giving out green apron cards for positive reinforcement. I’m curious, do baristas really care abt getting them? Honestly I’ve gotten about 4 from my dm and I have them in my room somewhere. What do you guys do when you get one? Do you roll your eyes and trash it or do you appreciate the recognition?

When they seem genuine I love them! Generally you can tell if it’s just a generic statement.

I love them! We have mini mittens for them in the back and I keep them all in there and sometimes if I’m having a rough day i’ll read them while I’m on my 10 :) it’s pretty normal at my store and we all love getting them.

I save mine on a magnet board in my room. They're a nice pick me up
