Two things to do here.
1. Speak to your manager about why you would permanently be removed from the schedule.
2. Call the Partner Resource Center and open a case.
It is illegal to be fired over injury, but you have an expectation to call out of shifts by calling in to the store. If you texted this to your manager you may be held accountable for not communicating in the proper way, just as a warning. They may consider it a no call no show.
But I'm just assuming you texted based off how you wrote it above.
If you called, then you are fine.
But I would definitely reach out to PRSC to open a case and find out all your options.

It’s normal that he took you off the schedule, but removing you from the work chat seems bad honestly. I’d ask them specifically and worst case scenario if it gets worse call PCC

I don’t know what your states labor laws are, but I’d look into those to see if they even can fire you over a medical leave. You can also just call your supervisor and ask

I’m sure the taking you off the schedule was because you can’t work right now. How long have you been a partner?
