I’m new (self.starbucksbaristas)

I started training this week, but my trainer is very scatter brained and keeps jumping me from station to station or totally abandoning me on POS or barista. They also aren’t the best at identifying what purpose the different unflavored pumps do, how many espresso shots go where, how many pumps of which syrups go in which size cups (my eLearnings showed me, but nobody masters things by reading online)

Also my eLearnings are all messed up and my account never received ones about how to make drinks or prepare food (if Starbucks even has any?), just the intro and sexual harassment videos

Also, is there any way to view my schedule online? And is there any online tutorials that can assist me where my store can not

You definitely need to do your barista basics! That's the most important module for things like this. If you haven't done it make sure to ask around for it. If you want to view your schedule you are probably going to need to wait a week or two, until you have a partner number and are officially on the system. After that, if your store has the instructions to download the partner hub app, follow those. If not, just go to partner hub on your browser. Not sure about tutorials but you can definitely find online guides about shots and simple things like that. Best of luck!

So I did Batista basics already, and I have a login for the store. Just nobody tells me things so I don’t know where to go to see my schedule. I tried browsing the eLearnings but it doesn’t seem to tell me how to make drinks, unless that’s only done through experience.

barista basics should cover things like how many shots and how much syrups. for actually making the drinks, that should be covered during your bar and sequencing training with your trainer. Go to $1 to see your schedule. if you feel behind on making drinks, ask your trainer if you can spend more time there. if your done training, see if your shift will put you on bar with a seasoned barista so you can ask as many questions as you want. everyone has been a green bean once. people forget that newbies have to learn certain things. just ask all questions, no matter how dumb. it will help you out in the long run.
