Flavor reinvention. Bottle simple syrup, bottle sugar free simple syrups are your sweeteners. Then you have “dashes” of flavor extracts like the vanilla is same stuff you’d bake with.

I literally hate the normal hazelnut for some bizarre reason - I try and make myself think it taste like kinda bueno😂
