O'Keefe's working hands cream! My hands are so horrible especially in the winter on top of the sanitizer but this really helps. I slather it on before work, lunch, after and on my days off. It's kind of useless to put it on while working since we wash our hands so much but if you take extra good care of your hands the rest of the time it helps a lot

We have lubriderm unscented at our store for the baristas to use during shift. Otherwise I use Hempz when I'm not on shift.

i keep a bottle of Aveeno in my bag and use it throughout the day. it really helps. i just started using this stuff called Vanicream one of my fellow partners recommended i use it at night. its really thick and is working amazing on the eczema i get on my wrists and arms. it cleared up in 3 days.

Helping Hands from Lush is a lifesaver!!

Neutrogena hand cream. The one with the Swiss flag on it, tiny tube, bottom shelf at CVS or Target. My gran had eczema and swore by it.
Bag balm is also tops and it comes in a tin you can always wash out and use for something else after.

Hempz and body butter!!

I coat the tips of my hands with bag balm before I go to sleep. Always wake up with smooth hands.
