I did Rwanda and the pumpkin scone... the scone complimented the dark chocolate notes very well and the citrusy/acidic notes paired with the sugary icing. 🤷♀️

Thanksgiving and a butter croissant if you still have some Thanksgiving. The savory/sweet swing is something only Thanksgiving can do. Also, raisins and any Indonesian coffee. Delicious.

Ethiopia with blackberries or blonde with blueberries! People tend to shy away from pairing coffee with fruit but it definitely brings out the acidity. Also the Christmas Espresso blend with either something cinnamony or with oranges — depending on which part of the flavour profile you want to empathise.
