Part time green bean (started in September but legit only 12 hours a week bc of my other job) and working bar makes me so freaking nervous but today I mentioned to my shift that I wanted practice and I was on bar for 2.5 hours and didn’t really mess much up! I only had to ask to remember clouds and some fraps (my personal nightmare) and I even am starting to get a feel for sequencing. Plus I finally am feeling like I’m fitting in even though I’m only there two days a week middays. I just needed to gush with my lil baby bean excitement!

I’ve been starting to get more practice on bar (I started a month ago as of this week) as well and it’s so satisfying making a perfect drink isn’t it?! I also despise frappuccinos as well, I can’t get all of them down in my head.

i’ve literally been with starbucks for about six months now and this morning was my first on bar during peak. i was super stressed but held it all together and i think these small accomplishments are mega important. i even got excited with my perfect flat white and got a “i’m proud!” from my manager AND shift. i think today is a great bar day. and congrats, you’ve got this!!

I really actually hate making clouds especially if they ask for light ice but honestly if we had more than one blender I would be fine with making fraps more often. Although with clouds I did learn how to make hot clouds last week

we are twins lol! i also got hired in september, get like 15-20 max a week bc of my other job (usually front/cs/drive), and got thrown on bar today for a few hours! did way better than i expected myself to even with a little rush! sequencing is so hard imo bc i feel the need to be doing every drink at once. glad to share this victory with you :D

Yaaaasss two green beans in a pod. Sequencing is so hard. I can only do it for hot bar cold bar sequencing will not happen for like a year let’s be real
