This is only doable after close but white vinegar! We wash our floors with the floor soap and white vinegar mixed in. Gets all the salt stains out easily. Just smells like a damn salad while doing it. But it’s great for the table bases and chair legs that gets salt stains as well. Just cool water with vinegar and a cloth cleans it all up so well.

You need to make sure you sweep really good inside and outside. Also when you are mopping and are mopping under customer feet, ask them to please wipe their shoes on the mop. That way when they are leaving, they will not spreads much of salt all over the floor.

Cold water. For some reason hot water just spreads it around.

Soak entire floor in boiling water from the brewer. Mop up water. Dump water, mop again. As soon as you start soaking up the water, your bucket is tainted with nasty salt water and must be disposed of. Never dunk and remop, you're just spreading the satan salt more.
