Something I forgot when I trained was to use positive reinforcement just as much or not more than the negative. No one wants to hear what they’re doing wrong all day, so make sure you provide regular positive feedback.

That’s true! I will definitely practice this. I’ve seen some partners do the former more and rarely give positive feedback. And then the trainee feels like giving up! Thank you for the tip, it was very helpful!!
