so this morning during peak, my store got the most ridiculous customer. this lady ordered a cold brew with cream and as my partner handed it to her at the window, the lady decides to squeeze the beverage to the point where the lid pops off and she ends up spilling like a few drops on herself (not even kidding if you looked at the cup it was probably only 1mm less full from what it was already) and proceeds to tell us that we spilled her ENTIRE cold brew on her. then she demands for a refund and a remake for ruining her day (lol ugh why must customers be so unreasonable). and she had to have held up the drive thru line for about 10 minutes to the point where people in the drive thru were calling our store asking what’s taking so long. and on top of that... this lady has the nerve to say how dare us EMPLOYEES be such an inconvenience and cause people to be late to work now. uhhhh no lady YOU are holding up the entire line all because YOU spilled YOUR drink on YOURSELF. (aka a few drops). then when she leaves she calls the store and asks for the manager’s name and everyone’s name on the shift. hahahaha ohhh the joy, happy hump day everyone :) thanks for listening to my rant
