it changes by state. california does not get the same break patterns as florida. ask your manager or consult the DCR.

depends on state laws i think. ive always been told that you have to take a lunch over 6 hours. anything under is just a 10. then you get two tens but ive been told the 2nd 10 isnt required its up to the Shift if they want to give them.
