So I just got hired at an actual Starbucks and I’m somewhat nervous about it. I know it’s going to be more strict and busy than at my Target store but I sort of welcome that as a challenge. I told my manager I was leaving today and she told me I wasn’t going to like it at an actual Starbucks and I’m not really sure how I feel about her saying that. It just made me a bit more concerned if it’s the right choice for me. Is it really that different?

I’ve never worked at a smaller one so I’m not sure but I think because there is the drive thru to worry about which is HELL. And theres way more things to worry about. But regardless it’s starbucks shes just bitter that you left. You got this :)

Yeah I’ve never dealt with drive thru but I feel like I’ll get used to it after a while. Lol yeah I honestly left because I wasn’t getting any promotions or anything. My manager broke her foot and I legit ran Starbucks for a month while she was gone so like I shouldn’t be worried about her, you’re right.

Yeah! You will :) and wow that sucks. I’m sure it’ll be better because they couldn’t make you do that at your new location. Everything is very strict. She just wants you to freak out because she didn’t want you to go.
