HELP , HOLIDAY 2018 QUESTION (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve been trying to figure this out with a couple of friends of mine.
What the heck was that sauce that was so thick we couldn’t even get it out of the tub. People were throwing the tub of sauce in a cube of hot water to melt it so we could use it.... it was thicccc white and ANNOYING. HAAALPP. Was it toasted white mocha???
