This happened to me a while back and the older couple not only didnt mention no foam but they ordered a cappuccino and became irate with the result, as well as her being upset the caramel latte doesnt come with drizzle. They both left without the drinks.

NGL, I really do feel stupid every time I try to figure out what I want.
For the most part I try to take the advice I get here, what the workers tell me in store, and what the app let's me do and then just try to find a happy medium that won't end up with the folks making it hate me.
