Barista Appreciation Holiday Gift Q.(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by thisneverhappened888
Hello American Heroes,
My SB has become my home away from home. And baristas my buddies. They go above and beyond and in a city like NYC where chaos is expected - they keep it kosher.
My question; I want to get my 5 buddies holiday gifts. I do not have a ton of cash but I don’t want to bake them cookies (someone suggested that on the interwebs) cuz 1) I don’t cook and 2) who the eff wants that?
Suggestions?

Also if I recall correctly and you want to gift money, it has to be in an envelope with their name on it.

From my experience we always love food lol. I’ve had customers gift things I like such as Bath and body soap, makeup and my most prized gift was a pin of the airplane my air force customer worked on and flew 💕💕

Food is always a fantastic option, just remember the common food allergies and label it well. (A list of ingredients on a note card helps.)

Sugar cookies are a great, easy, festive cookie! You can get cookie cutters shaped like Christmas trees and candy canes and stuff, and decorate them with frosting and sprinkles. You could put them in small plastic baggies and tie them at the top with ribbons. You could even toss in some small candy canes or other goodies for an added bonus.

Oh gosh. Cooking/baking is not a strong suit of mine. I will have to enlist a buddy to assist. I had no idea the food idea was actually a solid choice! Thanks so much for your input!
