Some stores that aren’t as heavy on the drip only do a pike. I learned this after subbing for a location on campus is my city. College kids don’t like drip but they sure love cold brew.

My store is big on drip. We have a lot of regulars who love their drip. With the colder weather it’s definitely been useless to have the timer if I’m running through every roast before their time is up 😂
