This is late but on red cup day the drive through was backed up pretty bad but we were having a hard time keeping up with the demand of drive and cafe. We got a phone call from some lady that was in the parking lot. She called to complain about the current state of the parking lot and that people were yelling, honking and fighting to try to leave the parking lot and the drive through was backed up. She wanted US to do something about everybody’s behavior in the parking lot. I said “I don’t have control of the parking lot” well she was NOT expecting that and there was a long pause of silence then proceeded to complain. Okay lady let me go get my crossing guard jacket and stop sign since you grown adults don’t know how to act in traffic jams.
