so this is a story from my asst manager cause i was on break when this happened. but this guy comes in and is apparently pretty friendly. he orders a komodo pour over and asks for extra room. they gave him the standard amount of “extra room”. he also asks them to put in “CREAM” (specifically asked for cream) in for him. like ok. it’s available for you two steps away but aight. so they put in the cream and give it to him. he goes “not enough cream” and proceeds to spill it out.... on..... the counter. so my asst manager isn’t gonna be like “wtf dude” and takes it back to put more CREAM in. now when a customer asks for cream what do you think they mean??? half and half right? well apparently this guy doesn’t know the standard term for cream. and when he saw my manager put in half and half (which he didn’t see before) he starts talking to her like she’s two years old.... “do you even know the difference between cream and half and half?????? are you dUmB????” this guy.... wanted heavy whipping cream in his coffee.... and instead of saying so he asked... for cream.... so my manager tries to explain to him the difference, as to help him order correctly in the future but mostly to combat the degradation. this dude legit put his hand up and walked out of the store.... we love customers
