Does this ever happen to you?
When my coworkers ask me if I can cover or switch a shift, most of the time I say “yes”. But when I want to get a shift covered all of a sudden everyone has something “important” to do ):

I’m doing the same but when I switch shifts it usually benefits me (: but it still sucks ):
