I work at a licensed store, so we don’t take rewards points (but you earn them) but my store has so many one star reviews because of that, even though we can’t help the fact that we don’t redeem stars

i can chime in since our store has the same policy. We can still scan and do everything w the card we just can’t redeem any stars, including birthday rewards.
I dunno why this system exists because we’d benefit so much from being allowed to accept rewards.

I used to work at a licensed (and now corporate) and we had rewards until corporate changed to the new rewards program. Licensed locations would have to update their systems to accommodate this but chose not to, so customers can't redeem through the new rewards system

I was under the impression that it keeps people going back to corporate stores. I worked Starbucks Licensed before the rewards system update and we weren't accepting rewards.

The Starbucks in grocery stores had the Halloween stuff ,but my corporate store didn't :(, but the ones in the grocery stores dont even get the perks we do
