I love my team a lot. Today’s my day off and I’ve been battling with a really bad depression period, and immediately when I came in for tips, I’ve ended up staying about an hour just talking with co workers. They all really make my days a lot brighter and help remind me that there’s people who care. I’m super thankful for this job and it keeps me going. Thank you to my team, I’m going to miss them all so much when I leave for college in August

I stopped by my place and was bummed that I couldn’t hang out. We have a great group too.

It makes me sad when I read about people who have petty managers and co workers, sometimes I feel like I got really lucky to work with the group that I do and I’m nervous about transferring for college (even though my manager said to text her when I come back for holidays if I feel like working) that I’m not going to get the same group dynamic that we have at our current store

Same! My closing crew is awesome. Although I've only been there for about 5 months, they accepted me and being around them makes me feel "normal". I suffer from anxiety, severe depression, and PTSD due to severe childhood abuse and being around them eases my anxiety. I know it sounds strange but my night crew bring the best out of me. :)
