Are you a trainer? I’ve had to teach way more basic things to green beans. There’s no such thing as common sense when training a new barista; everything worth knowing is worth explaining. Mistakes are going to happen and things are going to get overlooked, especially on their first dozen closes. This is pretty mild all things considered
