When they get mad I always ask to see the receipt of their mobile order on their phone. 90% of the time they ordered to the wrong store, and it shuts them up.

I did that once. I just drove to the other store. My idiocy is not y'all's problem. Now I make sure I choose the correct store.

Mistakes do happen, and when it does it’s not usually a big deal unless they get really mad about it. Also they should offer to just make it there since it is paid for, I do at least.

I had a couple come in to my store once (it was a licensed store and we didn’t do mobile orders) we tried telling them they went to the wrong Starbucks and they argued that because it took their money we should give them the drinks anyway.
