I run a low volume store and of course we don't earn enough extra labor. It's not about the customer count for happy hour - it's the product mix. It's almost ALWAYS frapps. So if the company *knows* that a trap takes 1.5 minutes to make ..... And customers are order 10+ frapps... Tell me how we don't need additional labor.
Once HH is over we only have 2 hours left to close. And someone still needs a break and I'm sure the pull has to get done. Obviously dishes and break down. It doesn't make sense.

We do our clean plays on Thursday so it’s less of a clean play on HH days and more of just closing the store.

That’s when you have to have one partner only make drinks for that order, and another only do the other orders. That does get thrown out the window though when you only have one GD partner on bar.

I'm so confused. Why would you order 20 drinks from a place that only has the man power and space to make two to three cold drinks at a time, during the busiest time, and when you aren't there to gauge how busy it is? Like are you actually satan???
