It won’t! They’ll probably offer to let you try a lot of things but if you just tell them you can’t have caffeine, they’ll understand :)

If it can be made decaf I can try it! Alas I don’t really want to faint on the job.

Heads up decaf still has a small amount of caffeine so mind that
Edit: the refreshers and mocha sauce all also have caffeine so just be aware of hidden sources if caffeine too

I know haha. Trust me. Decaf has about the max amount of caffeine I can deal with.

There are plenty of partners that don’t drink coffee or caffeine! As long as you can do the job no one cares!

As someone who has (not life threatening) heart issues but is dumb enough to drink caffeine... and get palpitations... here’s when I *do not* get issues. -tastings. You have a tiny cup and barely drink any. It’s about equivalent to a decaf. Two mouthfuls max. -decaf coffee/espresso. -passion tea or a tall of a tea (w water or lemonade). Of course if your issues are more serious don’t risk it. You can know product without trying it, and most have a decaf option so you can always do that! Just do what you can, it’s more than enough!

It should be an issue, but Starbucks stopped caring about everything but money a long time ago so it def won't matter at all.

Should or should not be?

It should matter but only imo. You're selling coffee, you should be able to speak to it. But, also like I said, Starbucks doesn't really care about their coffee either so it won't matter.
