Yesterday a mobile came through it was a short got chocolate with no mocha no vanilla no mocha drizzle extra whip. When they tasted it they said “this just taste like milk shouldn’t it have chocolate?” I honestly didn’t know how to reply.

Oh!! 14 pumps white mocha, 14 pumps raspberry, 4 shot, Breve latté. Then she screamed at me for ten minutes because I charged her for the extra shots and syrups (we don’t usually charge for extra syrup but like 28 pumps????)

We don’t charge for extra pumps unless it’s an exorbitant amount (or I’m feeling petty) so I kind of get that, but we ALWAYS charge the 0.90 for shots.
