green bean here! I’m trying to make cold brew at home with my mark-out. Can anyone remind me of the proper ratios (I’m making it in a French press)? :) thank you

in the toddy, it's 5lbs of ground beans, 7 liters in the bag and 7 liters on top. when i make mine in my french press, i use a wildly different ratio because i use veranda instead of the africa/latin america dark roast, aside from the fact that the starbucks ratio is for mass production and gets diluted when it goes into the kegs. you'll figure out what ratio is best for you with a little bit of trial and error
