It’s possible that they are taking you to a new store, whatever the case you should talk to your trainer

I've tried calling my manager for the past week, and she keeps dodging my calls.

I would try to get in touch with your manager in person. Go into the store maybe on their admin day when they’re writing the schedule (ours is Mondays, but other stores may be different), and ask if you can chat with them for a bit. Be ready to wait if they’re on the phone or busy. It isn’t right if they’re not communicating with you about your performance or future plans for your employment with the company. If they don’t make time for you, make sure to let them know (in a professional tone) that you’ll be contacting the district manager or the ethics department if you don’t have a meeting of some sort.

Sorry this is happening to you. If you’ve connected with any Partners yet, you can ask them if they’ve heard anything about you being separated. Just be careful with that as things can easily turn into rumors and get misconstrued.

Yeah, they're trying to silently fire you. I would talk to a hire up and express how interested you are at continuing in the company and if transferring is a possibility. That's about all I can think for you to do. Sounds like your manager sucks, I'm so sorry.

Not to be too pessimistic. It's happened to me before where I all of a sudden wasn't on the schedule and I approached my boss to ask if I was fired and he said "not exactly" but I was.
