Ideas for Holiday Morale Boosters? Brainstorming Post. (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi, guys! I'm really curious to know what some ideas you all have, or store-activities you guys have done/participated in for bringing the team together this December!
We are having a holiday party and a secret santa event, but I'm curious to know what a can do for in while At Work!
Ideas I have had:
-Advent Calendar (not sure what to fill it with, sharpies etc?)
-Scavenger Hunt/Beverage Bingo (every barista gets a bingo card with secret menu drinks on it)
And honestly that's all I've got. I'm considering creating some store exclusive secret menu items because the BRM allows us to do that, but that would be a development project for the guest experience and I really want to focus on barista experience this December
