I mean I’ve had green beans miss hear the order and put it in wrong so it’s possible. Least they didn’t drink a drink the know they didn’t order then complain.

If you misheard an order, you ask the customer to repeat themselves

Yeah can’t tell the green beans enough times to repeat it back every time no matter how simple. They’ll get it eventually but I pretty much ask people over the bar what they ordered as I start just to make sure.
