1. Had a customer come in at 8:30 pm upset we didnt have decaf just hot and ready. We did a pour over but from my observation no one comes in that late wanting coffee lacking caffeine they just want the strongest thing we have. We get lots of cops going "what's the strongest thing you have" and I say "nitro cold brew it makes me shake." They usually go with that. (Tell me if I'm wrong pls I'm new so I'm learning things still lol I wanna get things right)

2. How do you make a iced brewed tea? Had a guy want that I had no clue so I kinda make shift made it (as in I kinda guessed how to make it which I shouldnt have done tbh shouldve just asked someone) since it was peak. Hope he enjoyed it and I'm pretty sure I did it wrong tho so someone help me out so I can do it right for sure next time

It depends on what tea it is. That's the normal green, black, white, and passion but there's also the hot ones where you have to brew for 5 minutes, and then proceed to put ice in it.

For ones like an iced London fog you brew the standard number of tea bags in a half-full hot cup for 5 minutes, then pour it into the tea line on a shaker and add the vanilla, milk, ice, and shake
