I feel bad for the barista at college locations. (At least at mine) Theres always a huge line, I've never seen a lull in customers there.

It's honestly not that much of an inconvenience! That area with the carriers is very small and it would be irritating if the lids were there instead

Not really tho...? It would've just been in the way since it's right by the espresso machines. In it's current position there's enough room for 2 people to be handing out drinks. Next to the machines it would cause congestion
