A lady came through drive and ordered a short cappuccino with light foam, when I gave it to her she said it was TOO MUCH FOAM. Like a cappuccino is literally made with mostly foam!!!
I hate people!!!
She got mad at me about it 🙃 but wouldn't let me try and fix it 🙃

Reminds me of when we were kids and would order a "cuppuccino" because the word was everywhere in the 90's but we had no idea what it was so then we'd get it and were like ????????

I had someone ask for light foam today as well. I was told that when this happens you are supposed to steam it for less time (maybe closer to like a flat white or smtn).
