During our closing shift at around 11:30 a lady came through the drive through and ordered about 3 cake pops, 3 warmed banana nut breads, and three toasted wc mochas fraps, well when I confirmed with her before she drove up she said yes she wanted Frappuccinos. Well when she the comes to the window she said “no I wanted them hot”. So if course here we go making them hot. Well my SM went to the window as I was getting the cakes pop and grabbing the breads and when I get back I hear the lady go “well I’m starting to get mad now” and of course I can’t hold back my tongue and I say “oh really” In a sarcastic tone, as I put all the food in a bigger bag. Well she heard me and said “if you’re not gonna be happy while doing your job then don’t work, I want service with a smile” I just “uhuh” and closed the window. My SM didn’t care so I was fine.
