Steam wand disaster (self.starbucksbaristas)

Both bars steam wands were taking over 1 minute to reach temperature and not foaming correctly. And forget about even making all foam cappuccino’s without using 5 pitchers.
We clean our wands and have called it in and the espresso guy replaced them and said they were fine but it’s a huge issue.
The only think I can think of is that we changed all of our water filters in the BOH and that somehow messed with the water pressure? All other water pressure if fine though.
Any ideas?

Call it in again. Don't stop calling it in until it's fixed. That's what your are supposed to do by standard
