On two occasions I’ve been the opening shift (5am) and had the closing SSV call in sick. Texted my manager and she “was not available to come in” None of the other shifts would step up to the plate and come in. I worked a 15 hour day. AND opened again the next day.

That’s when you leave and let them close the store due to there being no shift, I’m sure your DM would love your manager then lmao

this with a side of it's happy hour, your only barista hasn't finished training and you open at 4:30am the next morning.
