Sadly Guatemala is being discontinued....its being replaced by Sirens blend as a core coffee. 😩 it was in the Holiday need to know booklet from back in October.

Verona is our best dark roast. Used to be Gold Coast, but those days are gone.

Well it used to be much better. They changed it a few years ago and it's been pretty bad since then. But I thought they discontinued it recently?

I love the Komodo dragon and Sumatra. I'm not a fan of acidic coffees personally

Same. Sumatra is my favorite but a lot of people don’t like it. I guess they really crave that crisp acidity of washed bean coffees.

If you like dark roasts you may not like this. But it's one of my all time favs, popular in coffee shops in the DFW area.

But it is also definitely not bitter. Most dark roasts (from sbux and others) are going to pretty bitter. Give it a try! Best on Chemex and Aeropress.
