We just hired a new barista and the attitude on this broad is unreal. She comes in with an attitude, refuses to let anyone train her and to top it all off she uses her phone blatantly on the floor. Now look i am not perfect by any means but i work so so hard at what i do and for someone to not even be in proper dress code or refuse to listen to veterans of the job just astounds me and she has a lack of urgency.

We’re a drive thru store you need to have a sense of urgency and it’s unfair to people who actually want to fucking be there. All i know is that if you didn’t want to work here then why did you apply for a job here ? I just don’t get it nor do i understand her need to be this way ok I’m done sorry. I needed to get that out.
