Honestly letting the milk sit in the pitcher for a few seconds helps soooo much and also pouring low and raising up with the drink also helped!

Good job on the flat white!! Just wanted to say my trick is to pour the milk very slowly and in a very thin line around the cup until you come up to the top and then bring the pitcher close to get that perfect dot :)
