So today is my 6 months at Starbucks, I know everything from pulls, pastries, cleaning, and making drinks, a little while ago my manager talked about making me a shift and I did the training for it on our busiest days with just me and the new guy at the time. A month maybe 2 has passed and haven’t heard anything from my manager. Should I maybe ask her about or just leave it?

Def ask, some managers will see if you come to them and bring it up to see how interested you really are and if your willing to take the initiative and push for the promotion!
